Brooke Ulrich has been teaching yoga since 2013 and practicing much longer than that. She was drawn to yoga because of the health benefits and fell in love because of the philosophy. She holds a 200-hr RYT from Kripalu Yoga - a traditional, alignment based practice that combines asana with breathwork and meditation. She believes yoga is for every BODY and that if more people did yoga, the world would be a better place. Her classes blend physical and mental challenges with meditation, breathwork and philosophy. Her goal: leave you feeling better than you did before yoga found you.
