Megan Lundahl, BS, MA, NBC-HWC, Reiki II, Akashic Level II
Megan describes herself as a community conduit, integrative health nut, empowerment laserbeam, retired party girl, entrepreneur, sometimes artist, avantgarde gardener, all-time lover of love, travel, music, and art, and a very dedicated dog mom. A National Board-Certified Health & Wellbeing Coach, she sees clients one-on-one for Whole Health Wellness Sessions and offers corporate and group coaching. Megan, a home gardener and herbalist, is the “green witch” behind The Good Witch Apothecary, offering natural skin care solutions, and she continues to develop Bona Dea Holistic Wellness Solutions LLC. As the owner of The Pearl of Door County Art Gallery and Rock Shop, she leads a strong team of women, who work to support local artists, foster community wellness, empower creative minds, and support others in their journey of self-actualization. A wordsmith at heart, in between writing stories and poetry, Megan is penning a book based on her own experiences with Hashimoto’s. The beach and woods are her church, however she does occasionally enjoy stepping into a variety of brick and mortar places of worship (without bursting into flames!) as well. More than anything, she finds herself GRATEFUL for this magical ‘witchy’ life, for the precious opportunity to heal, and the chance to empower others to do the same.
Megan is a lifelong student, having obtained her Master of Arts degree in Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coaching and Reiki certifications from the University of Minnesota’s College of Spirituality and Healing. Through this program, Megan also gained experience in Mindfulness-Based Stress-Reduction, Lifestyle Medicine, Nature Based Therapeutics, Aromatherapy, Shamanism, Ayurveda, Tibetan Medicine, Indigenous Hawaiian Healing and Storytelling, Wellbeing in the Workplace, Integrative Mental Health, Healing Imagery Ethnopharmacology, Meditative Practices, as well as Yoga Ethics, Spirituality & Healing. Most recently Megan has completed her Level II Akashic Records training. Originally having earned a Bachelor of Science degrees in both Biology and Business from University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, Megan stepped away from a holistic lifestyle for some time, while gaining experience in personal training, athletic coaching, manufacturing, local government, and finance. Her conscious return to a whole systems healing approach started seven years ago and stems directly from her need to understand and manage her own auto-immune challenges and mental health journey. Megan believes we are all our own best expert, and that given the space and breadth to do so, we can heal all aspects of our lives.
