Shipping Policies

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3 business days to process your order. There may be an instance or two in the off season when we are closed for part of the week while at shows that this time frame MAY take longer.

STORE PICKUP:

Orders can be picked up daily, during regular business hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do offer international shipping, but the countries we are able to ship to are subject to change due to events outside of our control.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Pearl of Door County, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
