Given that our goods are mostly consignment and energetically charged, it is our policy not to accept returns.

Your experience is our priority! In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at connect@thepearlofdoorcounty.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We address these on a case-be-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

This policy applies to Gift Cards as well.
