Friday, May 17th, WATERCOLOR, Flower Close Up

Watercolor is a captivating art form that beautifully captures the essence of its subject through delicate, transparent strokes of color. It is a versatile medium that allows artists to create a wide range of effects, from soft and ethereal washes to bold and vibrant hues.

Friday May 31st  -  FELTING, Flower Garden

Come and learn how to create an easy felt needling painting through this satisfying style of art. Participants will also have the opportunity to personalize their creations. Along with your supplies, you will also get a frame for your finished piece!

Friday June 21st  -  MIXED MEDIA - Paper Collage

In this captivating artwork, the artist has seamlessly blended different artistic techniques and materials to create a truly mesmerizing composition. The use of mixed media allows for a multitude of textures, colors, and dimensions, resulting in a visual feast for the eyes. Varying strokes of acrylic paint intertwine with intentionally cut pieces of collage, adding depth and intrigue to the overall piece.

Investment:

$40 per session or all four for $144 ($16 savings!!!)

Join us to explore this season of change through 4 different art workshops! We will use inspiration from nature and reflect how this relates to our pieces.

About your Instructor: 

Nicole Herbst is a Sturgeon Bay High Art Teacher that has taught full time for Sturgeon Bay Schools for the last 3 decades. Her love for art, nature, meditation, and working with people has become the perfect combination to share her creative insight and enthusiasm with others.
