One of the best parts of living in Door County are the parks yes, but the Eagle sightings are so frequent and they just make your day. Not to mention that their sighting means you will have a good day. This is a standing painting that has been connected together.

I used water-based oil paints which are the same as oils but Clean with soap and water. I often use the pallet knife and glazing techniques to create more depth. I often use a complimentary color for the initial background to add more life/color into the painting. Everything I do leads me to another idea to try. I consider it constantly growing and I love it." -Marcia Nickols
