School has started, kids of all ages are struggling to get into a routine, homework, after school activities, etc. This can be a very chaotic time, stressful, and the cause of anxiety for everyone in your household. During this class you will learn tools to bring mindfulness into your home and peace and calmness into the lives of your children and yourself.
 
Mindfulness is a way of living that allows you to become fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not allow ourselves to get overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.
 
During this class you will learn more about what it is to be mindful and how to foster the practice of mindfulness to your home in a very simple way. You will be shown and practice several techniques that can be put in place immediately in your life for use on a daily basis and shared with your loved ones. Come learn how to find the relaxed, playful side of yourself again and enjoy the simple things in life.

This class is for anyone who is interested in knowing more about being mindful and using mindfulness in your family life, to wake up your awareness for better emotional, mental and physical health.
