"This watercolor is part of a series that I am experiencing with wetting the paper, flowing the color on and then using saran wrap to create wave lines, gauze for textures and wax paper for the other textures. The fun and challenging part is that I have no clue exactly how it will turn out. When I lift the saran wrap, gauze, wax paper I get to creatively problem solve. I love the challenge!!!
Since I am surrounded by water, I have lots of areas to look at for ideas and how water flows."
