Intro to Gentle Yoga and Meditation
If you have ever been interested in trying yoga or meditation (or need a refresher), this is the class for you! We will be covering the basics concepts of yoga and meditation while also practicing them!

This yoga class will be gentle, using seated yoga poses. No yoga or meditation experience needed! Come as you are with an open mind to learn. Make sure you are comfortable sitting on the floor (yoga mat) throughout the class. We have yoga mats and props available, but please bring your own, if you have them.
