Intro to EFT Tapping
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Tapping is a is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It works similar to acupressure using the natural meridians and pressure points in your body.

When we become stressed, anxious or have any other interruptions to life the prefrontal cortex of our brain loses the blood flow. That blood flow is diverted to our limbs so we are able to enter into the fight, flight or freeze mode. The points we tap on help return the blood flow to our prefrontal cortex so we can once again think clearly.
During this class you will learn the specific pressure points to tap on and affirmations to go with them. We will practice several different scripts and you will leave with reference materials to take with you.
This technique is for anyone who is interested in finding ways to help yourself in your life, work, personal health or mental health. Attending this class you will have the basics of EFT tapping to use and an understanding of all the things tapping can be used for.
