JOIN US in amplifying the GOOD VIBES for ourselves, our community and the world as a whole. Learn about Reiki, self-Reiki, how to honor and utilize the power of this full moon specifically and gather together in community. In addition, for this Harvest Moon we will be focusing on the power of FIRE for manifestations and release.
What is Reiki? (pronounced Ray- Key)
Reiki is a holistic practice that works energetically through mind, body and spirit. It is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is typically administered by laying on hands and is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy that flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. EVERYONE has Reiki in them, even if you have not yet been attuned as a practitioner.

This Reiki circle will be co-led by Reiki Master Nicole Howard of Awakening Wellness and Megan Lundahl of Bona Dea Holistic Wellness Solutions (Reiki II). Learn more about your facilitators here:

Everyone present will have the opportunity to receive their own time on “the table” and also assist in the healing practice. You DO NOT have to be a Reiki practitioner to participate; all are welcome! We will then join in circle to connect with this full moon specifically, and set our intentions for the lunar cycle.
Please bring your Journal, water and an open heart.

The Harvest Full Moon - A time for reaping "crops" and Powerful Manifestations!
The Harvest Full Moon marks the change of seasons and with it opportunity!!! This moon marks the transition from Summer energy to that of Autumn. This is the time for recognizing and realizing your maximum growth of the year. This is also prime manifestation time and an invitation to show up for yourself while becoming willing to face and release any heavy emotional patterns that arise within you.
That being said, the Harvest Moon is a time of intense emotion; the key is to let those emotions flow, where better to do so in a safe and non-judgemental container?! This too, is a gift, to be received without internal judgment as well. You are not your emotions; in this circle, you can become the observer as emotions flow through you. What message waits for you in the eye of an emotional storm? What is on the other side on the fire, waiting for you?
The brightness of The Harvest moon, as well as it’s steadiness, gives way to the burning of the midnight oil, especially in the Northern Hemisphere. “Farmer’s” can reap their crop rewards late into the night. What would you like to harvest from your internal “farm?”
This gathering also serves as a celebration of the Fall Equinox, which was officially on September 23rd. Therefore, this is also a great time to release that which is no longer serving you as you head in to a new, fresh season of YOU! What have you been holding on to that is no longer serving you? Let's light it up!
