Meditation, Your First Steps. A 6 Week Series
Come join us for this 6 week journey that explores the basics of a mindfulness meditative practice. This is a calling to your intuitive self...that inner knowing that steers towards feelings of peace and stillness...our true nature.

Each session will begin slowly as Sara breaks things down and takes you on a journey inward. The intention is for you to walk away from these six week with a firm foundation in mindfulness to hold you on your meditative journey.
There has been much research in recent years on the benefits of a meditative practice that hits the practical level. Those who meditate on a regular basis experience greater levels of concentration, self awareness, happiness, cognition, cardiovascular and immune health.
There are also those intangible benefits such as a lessoning of reactivity to people and events outside of ourselves, a feeling of connectivity to others and our environment along with a feeling of being gently pulled forward...toward discovery.
Week One: Intro to Meditation
Week Two: Breath
Week Three: Body
Week Four: Emotions
Week Five: Thoughts
Week Six: Pulling it all together
This six week session includes:
- Pre-lessons sent out on Mondays via email
- 45-60 minute circle time Tuesday evenings at 5:30p
- Audio Recordings of the Circle meditations to follow and practice with at home
- End of week email support on Fridays
- Email support from Coach Sara available throughout
